Spirit of the Lord is upon him and judge Israel. He went out, and God handed Kusyan-Risyataim, King of Aram, into his hands, so he beat Kusyan-Risyataim.
- Judges 3: 10 -
Who do you go first when you are in sickness, in a variety of problems and pressures of life? Many people believe unconsciously rely on the power itself. Can feel for a variety of talents, wealth and good at many things. If all the resources and efforts are not able to finish and then turn to the Lord. Is that kind of attitude? Of course one.
The Bible teaches that God works in all things for good (Rom. 8:28) should therefore be the most appropriate in every circumstance we face, God must be first and foremost. In our judges we can see how important the inclusion of God in the lives of the judge presiding at the time. One of their success is not their intelligence on strategies of war but because of the Spirit of God in their lives. One in the Old Testament clearly visible with the Spirit of God's role complements the servants of God with power, authority, and expertise to serve Him.
Since it started today let us learn to rely on and trust, making God first and foremost in every aspect of our lives because of the Spirit of God that surrounds our lives will bring victory after victory as experienced by the Judges and the Prophets of Israel. The trick, of course with having intercourse and total obedience to God.
